PAL Service and Support Options

Service and Support are our pride and specialty. We provide the best support for CTC PALs, the Flux HPLC pumps and all the software and software integrations. We stock exchange modules and parts, which we send out the same day you call reducing down times to lower levels than scheduling an on-site call. However, after troubleshooting we assess what the best possible way of solving any issues is and take action.

Several service contracts (Warranty Extension/Module Exchange=WE/MEC) or on-site contracts with different level of response time are being offered. Preventive Maintenance (PMs) visits, one per year, will keep any wear and tear related failure at an absolute minimum.

Modules such as a PAL Injection Head, a Valve Drive or a CPU board require less than 10-15 minutes to exchange and someone will be on-line to guide the exchange. We also support pumps, detectors, cooled stacks and any other accessories we sell.
