Food Processing Applications

Many beverages (Beer, wine, fruit juice) and other food processing companies are concerned with quality and health related issues. Before food matter can be analyzed it needs to be made compatible (sample prep) before it can be analyzed for identification and quantization of critical safety, health and taste related compounds. Pesticide residue, residues of compounds used in processing food stock and compounds that determine the smell and taste are being analyzed every day. In order to perform these sample pre and analysis task in a consistent and traceable way automation is paramount.

Again many of the pre GC analysis reparation plus the injection to the GC have been accomplished with a CTC COMBI PAL and a LEAP designed GC Twin PAL.
